Nikkei Futures Opening Update as on 14 December 2018

The Nikkei 225 Future is trading at 21,327.50 up with +0.08% percent or +17.50 point . The NSE Nifty Future is trading at 10,801.50  with a loss of  -0.22% percent or -23.45  point. The Hang Seng Future is trading at 26,030.50 with a loss of -1.88% percent or -498.50 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

The biggest gainers of the session on the Nikkei 225 were Showa Denko K.K.(T:4004), which rose 1.61% or 60.0 points to trade at 3790.0 at the close. Mitsubishi Estate Co Ltd (T:8802) added 1.51% or 27.5 points to end at 1846.5 and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd. (T:3099) was up 1.37% or 18.0 points to 1333.0 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Tokyo Dome Corp. (T:9681), which lost 7.65% or 75.0 points to trade at 905.0 in late trade. Yahoo Japan Corp. (T:4689) declined 5.73% or 18.0 points to end at 296.0 and Tokyo Electron Ltd. (T:8035) shed 5.46% or 770.0 points to 13345.0.
