The Nikkei 225 Future is trading at 20,163.00 up with +1.78% percent or +353.00 point.The  Nifty Future is trading at 9,515.50 up with +1.25% percent or +117.75 point. The Hang Seng Future is trading at 24,488.00 up with +0.22% percent or +53.00 point.


Asian equities made cautious gains in early trade on Wednesday following mixed U.S. corporate earnings while oil prices looked set for more wild swings as storage concerns capped optimism about easing coronavirus lockdowns.

Technology stocks drove all three major U.S. stock indexes into the red, though they remained within 20% of their February all-time highs.

“There was a big sector rotation as money left high value, growth sectors in tech like Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) and went to value and cyclical sectors like energy, industrial, financials,” said Tim Ghriskey, chief investment strategist at Inverness Counsel in New York.


 For the day Nikkei 225 is trading at 19,771.19 with a loss of –0.061% percent or –12.03 point.the  nifty closed at 9,500.75 up  with +1.28% percent or +119.85 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 24,488.50 up with +0.22% percent or +53.50  point.


For the day the Dow is trading at 24,101.55 with a loss of -0.13% percent or ?32.23  point. The S&P 500 is trading at 2,863.39 with a loss of -0.52% percent or -15.09 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 8,607.73  with a loss of -1.40% percent or -122.43 point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 19,771.19 with a loss of –0.061% percent or –12.03   point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 24,595.75 up with +0.081% percent or +19.79  point. China’s Shanghai  Composite is trading at 2,817.64 up with +0.27% percent or +7.62 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 32,468.68 up with +1.10% percent or +354.16  point at 12:15 PM.
