The Nikkei 225 Future is trading at 26,327.50 with -1.84% percent or -492.50 point.The Nifty Future is trading at 17,538.50 with a loss of -1.05% or -185.45 point.The Hang Seng Future is trading at 21,270.50 up with +0.67% percent or +141.50 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

Asia Pacific stocks were mostly down on Tuesday morning and bonds extended a selloff, which left the benchmark 10-year U.S. Treasury yield at the highest since 2018. Investors continue to monitor high inflation, tighter monetary policy, and the COVID-19 lockdowns in China.

Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 21,251.33 up with +0.20% percent or +43.03  point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,190.96 with 0.75% percent or +23.84 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 58,480.41 with a loss of –0.82% percent or –484.16 point at 12:15 PM.
